Source of obtaining personal data

We have obtained your personal data from AG TEST HR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (limited liability company limited partnership) with its registered office in Krakow, Zwierzyniecka 30 street, which received your consent to provide your personal data to us.

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

Your data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment process based on applicable regulations. The legal basis for our activities is Art. 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR).
The processing of an additional data exceeding the minimum scope of information specified in the Labor Code takes place on the basis of consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), expressed through a clear confirmation action (including in the application an additional data exceeding the minimum scope of information specified in the Labor Code). The consent is given voluntarily and the consent may be revoked at any time.

Data storage period

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the indicated recruitment process, as well as possible investigation and defense against related claims. With regard to an additional data exceeding the minimum scope of information specified in the Labor Code, until the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal is possible at any time. Personal data will not be processed after you withdraw your consent.

Data recipients

The recipient of the personal data provided by you may be third parties supporting the Company in the recruitment process, as well as entities responsible for IT support. However, these entities process data on behalf of and only in accordance with the Company's recommendations. In addition, your personal data may be disclosed to entities that are entitled to receive them on the basis of generally applicable laws.

Rights of the data subjects

You have the right to access your data, request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Information on the requirement to provide data

Providing your personal data collected by us on the basis of applicable regulations is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.
